Industrial Electrician & Instrumentation Technician-Nights

About the role

C&W Services is the industry leader in cutting-edge maintenance and janitorial programs for facilities ranging from corporate office portfolios to manufacturing plants and large public venues. This role is located in Eddyville, IA.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment.
• Use hand tools and operate heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts, scissors lifts, boom lifts, and skid loaders.
• Install, repair, and maintain industrial electrical components and equipment.
• Calibrate and document functions related to flow measurement, level measurement, pressure, temperature, and analytical instrumentation.
• Operate and troubleshoot process control loops using specialized testing equipment.
• Maintain compliance with company and customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform administrative duties such as time accounting and work order completion.
• Ensure positive customer and employee relations.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain State Journeyman Electrical License and ISA’s CCST Level 1 Certification.
• 5+ years of electrical and controls experience or 4+ years of education in Electronics or Industrial Electricity.
• Current valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and elevated areas.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other vehicles safely.
• Knowledge of electrical components and troubleshooting.
• Basic computer literacy and safety test practices.

Skills

• Electrical and controls experience.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical components and equipment.
• Experience with process control loops and specialized testing equipment.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment.

Rotating Schedule: 6:45 pm-7:00 am; Week 1-Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun; Week 2- Wed, Thurs
