Hourly Pay Range: $26.00/HR - $28.00/HR (DOE)

$2,000.00 Sign on Bonus!!!

FULL BENEFITS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF BEING HIRED

Schedule

Monday - Thursday; 5pm - Finish (Guaranteed 40 Hours Weekly)

Job Responsibilities

• Identify issues with equipment and coordinate and perform necessary maintenance.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair operation of the CONVEYOR SYSTEM and all other mechanical items on the property.
• Apply knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems, maintain and repair a variety of distribution and facilities equipment.
• Complete preventative maintenance requirements on conveyors, programmable controllers, transformers, and machinery wiring.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning apparatus, such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures.
• Inspect and test malfunctioning machinery, determine faulty wiring.
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and materials handling equipment in performing duties.
• Coordinate and/or perform general building maintenance.
• Maintain and repair general facilities maintenance to include plumbing, painting, lighting, and other building maintenance.
• Set specifications for new equipment.
• Install new machines and equipment by installing power supply wiring and conduit to and between machines and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance
• MUST HAVE WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
• Comfortable with working in high or precarious places
• Comfortable working in extreme heat and around moving mechanical parts
• Results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
• Able to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician certification

Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit
• Talk, hear
• Use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
• Work up to 25 feet in the air on a scissor lift
• Work in extreme heat
