Industrial Electrician

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation of new machinery and building equipment
• Troubleshoot high & low voltage systems and breakdowns
• Pull wire & EMT
• Read electrical prints
• Work on electrical projects assigned
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Document activity in CMMS system (maintenance software)
• Perform equipment modifications as directed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Additional electrical education and/or certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial electrical experience
• Work with 3 phase 480Vac
• Work on low voltage AC and DC control systems
• Comprehend electrical schematics
• Perform live electrical troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot PLC control systems
• Troubleshoot VFD and motion controls

• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with management, peers, and other employees
