Industrial Electrician

About the role

We are seeking a Second Shift Industrial Electrician to join our award-winning team at Schumann Printers, Inc. located in Fall River, Wisconsin. This role works on offset web printing presses and supporting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read electrical prints
• Use a multi meter to troubleshoot and trace issues
• Navigate different voltage ranges
• Work with A/C and D/C power for motors and drives
• Have knowledge of Profibus technology and application
• Experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs is a plus
• Perform some mechanical preventative maintenance requests

Requirements

• Ability to read electrical prints
• Experience with multi meters and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of A/C and D/C power for motors and drives
• Proficient in Profibus technology and application
• Some experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs
• Basic mechanical skills for preventative maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial electrician experience
• Experience with offset web printing presses and supporting equipment

Skills

• Proficiency with electrical prints
• Experience with multi meters and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of A/C and D/C power for motors and drives
• Understanding of Profibus technology and application
• Experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs

Pay

Competitive salary based on experience.

Schedule

Second Shift - Monday - Thursday, 2 pm - 11 pm, Friday 2 pm - 6 pm
