Troubleshooting and Maintenance

• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to electrical failure, report conditions, and recommend steps to be taken.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as changing contacts, checking motors, and operation of robotic systems according to instructions of supervisor.
• Maintain the robotic systems including all mechanical, electrical and electrical components to ensure proper operation.
• PLC troubleshooting, and repair.
• Repair electrical and electronic systems including any electromechanical production equipment.
• Install cables, conduit, for new equipment or replacing old one.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other team members as necessary to resolve problems and determine the roots cause.
• Reads and uses all types of electrical schematic wiring diagrams.
• Perform or assist with operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Maintain a safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition.

Qualifications

• High School or general education degree (GED) and an Electrician Technical school, or Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience on the field of electro-mechanical.
• Dynamic and flexible.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Possess a high level of integrity, inspiring trust.
• Show a drive for results and desire to continually improve.
• At least 18 years old.
