Industrial Electrical Technician

Responsibilities

• Cooperates with others to plan and perform operational maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Performs precision work using machines, equipment, and measuring instruments.
• Utilizes journeyman multi-functional electrical, electronic, and instrument functions to preserve and optimize plant assets.
• Supports other craft and non-craft employees in the performance of maintenance tasks.
• Uses computer expertise to complete records, reports, and manage data (SAP, Rockwell Automation, work orders, failure & trend analysis sheets, checklists, requisitions, audit sheets, etc.).
• Utilizes forklift, manlift, scissor lift, and other aerial lifting devices.
• Ensures a safe work environment by following safety protocols, performing general housekeeping tasks, and maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree or Journeyman license required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2+ years’ experience in industrial or similar environment.
