About the role
C&W Services is the industry leader in cutting-edge maintenance and janitorial programs for facilities ranging from corporate office portfolios to manufacturing plants and large public venues. This role is located in Blair, Nebraska.
Responsibilities
- Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment
- Use hand tools on a daily basis such as power tools
- Willing to work all shifts including holidays and weekends
- Work from elevated areas utilizing fall protection equipment when needed
- Maintain compliance with all company and customer regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ensure adherence to published work schedules while being flexible in hours based on workload
- Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner
- Accurately and timely complete administrative duties including time accounting and work order completion
- Maintain positive customer and employee relations
Requirements
- Electrical Electrician: working knowledge and proficiency with installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical components and equipment
- Instrumentation Electrician: awareness and ability to perform calibration and documentation of functions related to flow measurement, level measurement, pressure, temperature, and analytical instrumentation
- Wire Pull Electrician: awareness and ability to perform terminating motor starters, control, and power wires; cut, thread, bend, and install raceway and cable trays in an industrial setting; install wire through raceway and cable trays to be tested by MCA
Qualifications
- Electronics or Industrial Electricity preferred, but not required
- Ability to obtain State Journeyman Electrical License and ISA’s CCST Level 1 Certification
- 2-5 years of electrical experience and/or 1-2 years of education in Electronics or Industrial Electricity preferred
Skills
- Working knowledge of schematics, mathematics, preventive/predictive technologies, basic computer literacy, and safe electrical test and measurement best practices
- Basic understanding of flow measurement, level measurement, pressure, temperature, and analytical instrumentation
- Ability to use and operate industrial powered vehicles (RTFL, Forklift, Aerial Lift, Scissor Lift)
- Knowledge of NECA 101 standards

Pay
$37.60 - $44.24 per hour, depending on experience and eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, total hours worked, job type, business line, and applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
Schedule
Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri 7am-5:30pm or Mon-Fri 7 am - 3:30 pm
