About the role

Bould Design is growing and seeks an exceptional industrial designer to join their award-winning studio. The position offers a focused, collaborative work environment for designers who are self-directed, detail-oriented, and passionate about their craft.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to every phase of the design process—from early concept development through production.
• Work closely with a small, experienced team.
• See designs through to production.
• Focus on user experience and usability.
• Organize and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of professional industrial design experience.
• Strong conceptual and form development skills.
• Refined aesthetic sensitivity and design judgment.
• Excellent sketching, visualization, and storytelling ability.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Keyshot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Interest in seeing designs through to production.
• Thoughtful attention to user experience and usability.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Collaborative, analytical, and self-motivated mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Industrial Design or related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
