Responsibilities
- Lead crews effectively
- Manage schedules and budgets
- Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met
- Coordinate field operations
- Act as liaison between project management, clients, and craft teams
- Drive successful project execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction experience, with leadership roles such as Foreman or General Foreman
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Experience managing large crews, subcontractors, and jobsite operations
- Solid understanding of safety protocols (OSHA, HAZWOPER preferred)
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
This individual will play a critical role in coordinating field operations, acting as a liaison between project management, clients, and craft teams, and driving successful project execution.
