Indirect Lending Sales Manager

Tech CU is looking for an Indirect Lending Sales Manager who knows how to turn relationships into results. In this role, you'll be the engine behind our indirect lending success, cultivating partnerships with auto dealerships, expanding our footprint into new territories, and leading a team to exceed ambitious growth goals. You'll combine strategy, coaching, and market expertise to increase loan production, enhance dealer relationships, and deliver exceptional experiences for both members and partners.

• Proven success in sales, business development, or relationship management
• Leadership experience developing and motivating high-performing teams
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills

• Experience in financial services, lending, or auto finance preferred
