About the role
This position starts onsite at our Fishers, IN headquarters. Opportunity for hybrid schedule following an initial training period (6 months minimum).
Responsibilities
- Review and verify sales contracts for accuracy, documentation, and compliance, ensuring they meet dealer audit procedures before funding.
- Fund approved contracts within 24 hours by determining enforceability, setting the correct LOS, and offsetting the appropriate general ledger account.
- Investigate potential straw purchases and report any suspicious dealer activity through the auditing process.
- Work closely with the Indirect Lending Manager and dealership personnel to address documentation questions or changes before funding.
- Maintain and update the vendor management system regularly to ensure current and accurate information.
- Assist in meeting or exceeding monthly established sales and service goals, contributing positively to the team’s success.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One to three years of similar or related experience
