Indirect Lending Processor

About the role

Follows specific guidelines and procedures to prepare, examine, and fund loan documents within the Indirect Lending Department. Provide Customer Service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Successfully and accurately processes an average of 7% – 9.4% of the total applications received by the department per day while maintaining a 75% assigned book to application ratio.
• Communicate with Dealerships, members and potential members to obtain the information necessary to complete and fund the application.
• Works closely with the Indirect Loan Officers, when contracts do not match approval, in order to ensure complete and accurate funding of loans.
• Ensures timely, accurate funding on loans and maintains a fiduciary responsibility to the credit union when funding loans to dealers.
• Audits dealer loan applications for accuracy.
