Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with vendors, system integrators, distributors, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Identify, qualify, and drive new warehouse automation and intralogistics opportunities through indirect sales channels.
- Execute territory growth plans and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Generate and manage opportunities through prospecting, networking, industry events, and CRM tools.
- Support opportunities from qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and close.
- Solution Development & Partner Engagement:
- Collaborate with vendors and channel partners to identify automation opportunities and operational improvements.
- Demonstrate productivity, efficiency, and ROI benefits.
- Work with engineering and project teams to develop commercially and technically sound proposals.
- Deliver product training, presentations, and sales enablement programs to partners.
- Support successful project execution and partner satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Market Development & Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with vendors, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct joint business planning and partner development activities to drive growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies in intralogistics and warehouse automation.
- Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to support business strategy.
- Identify new partnership and market expansion opportunities.
- Align cross-functional strategies to minimize customer order cancellations by analyzing trends, documenting root causes, and implementing corrective actions that improve customer retention and operational performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, material handling, or industrial automation.
- Experience managing relationships with vendors, system integrators, distributors, dealers, or other indirect sales channels.
- Proven success in business development, channel sales, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, etc.), Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
