About the Role

Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking a full‑time or part‑time BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join a busy general ENT practice in Lafayette, Indiana. The practice serves a diverse population and includes more than 50% pediatric patients. Approximately 90% of the work is outpatient, with opportunities to practice all ENT subspecialties based on the provider’s comfort level. The position offers dedicated block time at IU Health Arnett Hospital and the Outpatient Surgery Center, onsite audiology support, and strong collaboration with a nearby tertiary medical center that has an otolaryngology training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care, primarily in an outpatient setting.
• Manage pediatric ENT cases, which comprise over half of the practice volume.
• Collaborate with a team that will include three physicians, two APPs, experienced nurses, and audiologists.
• Utilize onsite audiology services and dedicated block time for surgeries.
• Work without on‑call or inpatient consults until the practice is fully staffed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration with the nearby tertiary medical center’s otolaryngology training program.

Qualifications

• U.S. board‑eligible or board‑certified in Otolaryngology (MD or DO).
• Indiana medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Consistent and consecutive employment or training history in ENT.
• Excellent communication skills.
