Independent Water Treatment Dealer — Commission-Based Sales

About the role

AquaSource Hawaii serves Oʻahu, Maui & Hawaiʻi Island. This is a commission-only field sales position; you work as an independent contractor with no salary, hourly pay, or draw, and no earnings are promised. The work involves door-to-door visits and in-home appointments, often in the evenings and on weekends when homeowners are home.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners at their door and offer a free in-home water test
• Run the test and explain the readings in plain language
• If a system makes sense for them, write up the sale in our CRM
• Licensed plumbing professionals handle every installation

Requirements

• Comfortable talking with homeowners, and able to hear "no" without it ruining your week
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Organized, on time, and honest with customers — including telling someone their water is fine when it is
• Able to attend a short Zoom interview and an in-person orientation in Honolulu

Pay

Compensation is commission‑only; there is no salary, no hourly pay, and no draw. No income or earnings are promised or implied. Results depend on individual effort, skill, and market conditions.
