While a healthy lifestyle is a top priority for most residents in the Bay Area, there is a staggering gap in the market: fewer than 10% of Bay Area homes currently have a water treatment system. At Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical, we aren't just selling pipes—we are bridging the health gap and improving the lives of our neighbors one drop at a time.
Estimated Annual Earnings
Estimated Annual Earnings: $75,000 – $150,000+ (Option: (Base + Commission) or (Commission Only))
Responsibilities
- Generous Pay: High commission splits with a reliable base.

- Retail Growth: Profitably sell water treatment systems (softeners, RO, conditioners) and general plumbing upgrades.
- Expert Consulting: Visit homeowner sites to perform in-field water testing and provide technical recommendations.
- Lead Management: Expertly manage company-provided leads and cultivate organic referrals.
- Project Scoping: Create detailed material lists and instructions for our installation teams to ensure 5-star execution.
- Customer Advocacy: Respond to inquiries, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate scheduling/payment to ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience (In-home sales highly preferred).
- Working knowledge of Water Treatment systems, plumbing piping, and industry standards.
- HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson) Certification is required (or must be obtainable).
- Proficiency with iPads, smartphones, and industry dispatch software (ServiceTitan/FieldEdge experience is a plus).
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
