Job Summary

USA / Boston CYBEX is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team and contribute to our success story. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding CYBEX's market presence and driving sales performance. You will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, analyzing account performance, and providing valuable market feedback and customer insights to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic account plans to drive sales, market share, and profitability
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Analyze account performance and develop action plans to address opportunities and challenges
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision-makers
  • Partner closely with accounts to support merchandising, inventory management, and sales initiatives
  • Ensure retailers are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to maximize sales performance
  • Drive adoption of new product introductions and key brand initiatives
  • Create accurate sales forecasts and business plans for assigned accounts
  • Maintain inventory levels and monitor replenishment opportunities
  • Monitor competitive activity, pricing, merchandising, and industry trends
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience managing independent or specialty retail accounts
  • Proven success delivering sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Experience conducting in-store presentations, training programs, and business reviews
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including overnight travel
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
