- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
- Manage a mix of inbound leads and self-generated outbound opportunities
- Execute a high-volume prospecting strategy, including 75+ outbound calls daily, while effectively managing inbound demand
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with small business owners and operators
- Partner with SDR teams to maximize conversion and pipeline creation
- Use AI and automation tools to increase productivity, improve outreach effectiveness, and reduce administrative work
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and opportunity management
- Act with urgency and a strong bias toward action in a high-velocity environment
