Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care needs
- Monitor and assist with medication schedules
- Facilitate social interactions and group activities
- Document resident progress and communicate with family members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
Qualifications

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
