About the role

Maid Right is seeking an Independent Experienced House Cleaner to join our team. You will clean residential and light commercial properties, serve as the main point of contact with customers and your manager, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive revenue through customer retention. Our cleaning system is effective and easy to learn, and we provide training.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. No evening hours unless requested.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential and light commercial properties in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Engage with customers and staff in a professional manner; contribute to a positive team culture
• Assist with customer retention and drive revenue by converting clients to recurring cleaning services
• Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies
• Clean multiple homes in a day

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pass a background check
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
