Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – follow our process and you’ll delight every customer.
• Earn tips for excellent service.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – make them feel you care about their home.
• Maintain equipment – take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
• If you are a Team Lead (driving the company car): manage the team’s schedule, drive safely, handle customer service, and ensure the team arrives on time for appointments.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm
• Valid US driver’s license
• Ability to communicate with clients (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)

Pay

$12.50 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience, work quality, and speed.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm; no nights, weekends, or holidays.
