Experienced House Cleaner

About the Role

Join a supportive team as a professional house cleaner with Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County. You’ll receive training, a stable schedule, all necessary cleaning supplies, a company car, and the opportunity to control your weekly earnings while helping families keep their homes clean.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards, following established processes to delight every customer.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Maintain basic cleaning equipment and ensure the company car is stocked with the appropriate supplies.
• If serving as a Team Lead (driving the company car), manage the team’s schedule, provide customer service, and drive safely to appointments.
• Earn tips in addition to hourly wages.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a complete background check.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate with clients; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Benefits and Pay

• Hourly wage ranging from $12.50 to $22.00, based on experience, work quality, and speed.

Schedule

• Full‑time position.
