Experienced House Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards, following the established process.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company car is stocked with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
• If serving as a Team Lead (driving the company car): manage the team’s schedule, drive safely, and arrive on time to appointments.
• Earn tips for quality service.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate with clients (bilingual English/Spanish preferred).

Benefits and Pay

• Hourly wage $12.50 – $22.00, based on experience, work quality, and speed.

Schedule
