You will assess communication abilities, leadership style, and values. Explore Motivations: Conduct in-depth conversations to uncover the executive’s "ideal next opportunity" and gauge their true motivations for making a move. Determine Qualification: Gather critical details—job responsibilities, education, salary requirements, and career preferences—to ensure the candidate is a match for the role. Investigative Insights: Deftly elicit details regarding organizational structures and the chain of command to confirm the breadth of the executive's responsibilities. Deliver shortlist Intelligence: Provide a comprehensive summary report for each candidate, detailing their suitability, remuneration expectations, motivations, preferences, contact information, and an updated resume or biography. Requirements Skills And Qualifications As an independent consultant, you must be highly self-organized, motivated, and hungry for results to succeed in this role. Regional Expertise: Candidates must have demonstrable recruitment experience within Africa, the Middle East, or a global capacity. Operational Independence: As you are working as an independent contractor, you are responsible for filing your own local taxes. Infrastructure: You must provide your own laptop and reliable internet access to perform your duties.
