The agency operates ten psychiatric hospitals, two youth residential treatment facilities, and thirteen state-supported living centers. Psychiatric hospitals are centers of excellence for forensic mental health and complex psychiatric care, all accredited by The Joint Commission, providing recovery‑oriented, science‑based treatment.

Responsibilities

• Attends work regularly and may be assigned specific, rotating, extended, or overtime shifts per agency leave policy; performs other duties as assigned.
• Provides technical assistance for data entry into the incident management system; gathers incident information, investigates, and tracks incidents to full resolution.
• Ensures protective actions are carried out and reevaluated as new information emerges; keeps leadership and central office informed; documents every stage of the incident management process.
