Job Overview
The Incident Management Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the "front end" administrative tasks of the investigation process, including reviewing emails, following up on recommendations, entering incidents into databases, assisting with meetings and interviews, and maintaining trainings.
Requirements
- Reside outside of New York City and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Occasional travel to Albany, NY, typically once per week, with potential for more frequent travel depending on investigation deadlines.
- Access to a quiet, distraction-free work environment or the ability to work from a regional office location.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in the ID/DD field.
- Familiarity with basic IM reporting requirements.
