Responsibilities
- Coordinate incentive travel events, integrating logistics within cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour workflows, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next actions.
- Review and update role documentation with status tracking for incentive travel coordination, maintaining clarity in source, ownership, and deadlines.
- Manage vendor coordination and deadline tracking, ensuring all dependencies are documented and resolved.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for incentive travel programs, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing unresolved items and preventing downstream rework.

Pay
