Incentive Lift Operator Dayshift

About the role

Support community feeding efforts by operating material handling equipment in a warehouse environment. Ensure the replenishment and accurate tracking of inventory to facilitate efficient order fulfillment. Support safe loading, unloading, stacking, and rotating merchandise using forklifts and reach trucks. Maintain safety protocols and proper handling of materials, including occasional lifting of heavy items. Contribute to a team-focused environment dedicated to community service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Track inventory accurately with handheld devices and technology.
• Stack, rotate, and replenish products to support order processing.
• Load and unload merchandise from trailers with attention to safety.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and handle materials safely.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience operating material handling equipment, specifically reach trucks/stand-up forklifts.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Team-oriented with a helpful attitude.
• Willingness to handle physical tasks, including lifting and working at heights.
