Position Overview

Seeking a Forklift Operator to transport merchandise within a warehouse using stand‑up forklifts. The role involves operating equipment, accurately tracking inventory with handheld devices, stacking, rotating, replenishing, and staging products. The operator will also load/unload trailers and follow all safety protocols. The work environment may include temperatures of 50°‑90°.

Key Duties

• Operate a Hi‑Lo forklift (Reach Truck) for merchandise movement.
• Manage inventory with technology, using handheld devices to track stock.
• Stack, rotate, and replenish stock to ensure order fulfillment.
• Load and unload trailers and stage products for shipping and receiving.
• Adhere to safety procedures and handle products safely.

Qualifications

• Experience operating material‑handling equipment, particularly Reach Trucks or stand‑up forklifts.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for community support.
• Ability to lift 1‑60 lb, work on multiple levels, and handle sharp objects safely.
• High school diploma or GED.
