Incentive Lift Operator - Dayshift

Position Overview

Support community feeding efforts by operating material handling equipment in a warehouse environment. Ensure product replenishment and accurate inventory tracking to facilitate efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts
• Manage inventory
• Stack merchandise
• Replenish pick areas
• Stage products
• Load and unload trailers safely
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including safe lifting and handling of sharp objects

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with material handling equipment, especially reach trucks or stand-up forklifts
• Strong safety focus
• Team-oriented, dependable, and committed to supporting community-centered goals

Work Environment

Work primarily in cold environments, standing and lifting frequently throughout shifts. Work may occur in temperatures around -20° to 0°, requiring physical activity such as lifting up to 60 lbs and working at varying heights.
