Be a vital player for one of the largest and most recognizable names in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Maintenance and Supply Chain Services in the World! We are immediately hiring for our Supply Chain Solutions division in Charlotte, NC.
About the role
The Manager oversees daily warehouse or distribution center receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound shipments. This role manages a team responsible for unloading, inspecting, and storing goods while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned function and ensure all aspects of Operations and Account Management are met
- Lead direct reports and drive attainment of daily operational goals within the assigned functional area
- Manage customer service satisfaction and expectation
- Handle staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
- Ensure health and safety management and compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Provide off-shift support in the event of critical customer network disruption or crisis
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related industry
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and meet operational targets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) – advanced required
- Advanced logistics industry knowledge
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations
- Intermediate fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
- Advanced strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production

Pay
Annual salary range: $65,000 - $70,000 based on experience. Exempt/salaried position paid twice per month. Eligible for weekend/holiday spot bonus.
Schedule
1st shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible).
