Inbound Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities
- Cultivate new leads through phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads using the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and schedule meetings with the sales team.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via forms, chats, calls, and demo requests.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and promote SewerAI’s product offerings.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking interactions in Salesforce.
- Work with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Create and deliver sales materials and presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competition.
Qualifications
- Experience as an SDR, sales, or customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and GovSpend.
- Background in AI and data management platforms is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing) or equivalent experience.
Pay
Base: $60,000
Variable: $25,000
OTE: $85,000
