Responsibilities

  • Cultivate new leads through phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads using the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and schedule meetings with the sales team.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via forms, chats, calls, and demo requests.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and promote SewerAI’s product offerings.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking interactions in Salesforce.
  • Work with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Create and deliver sales materials and presentations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competition.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an SDR, sales, or customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and GovSpend.
  • Background in AI and data management platforms is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing) or equivalent experience.

Pay

Base: $60,000
Variable: $25,000
OTE: $85,000
