About the role

We are seeking a high energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for prospects and plays a pivotal role in setting the tone for the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities, providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
  • Develop and qualify prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches
  • Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Salesforce and Gong
  • Promote Alchemer through extensive and persistent calls, emails, and communications to prospects
  • Provide in-depth information to sales to enable the most qualified and productive demos
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity goals to ensure sales revenue objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with new messaging, products/services, and pricing/payment plans

Requirements

  • 6+ months work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Regie AI
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Qualifications

  • Understanding of the SaaS industry and its dynamics
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Passion for technology and customer service

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high volume of calls and emails efficiently
  • Knowledgeable about CRM systems and sales methodologies
  • Proficient in using various sales tools and platforms

Benefits

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $65,000, annual commission potential of up to $20,000, and eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.
