About the role
We are seeking a high energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for prospects and plays a pivotal role in setting the tone for the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities, providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
- Develop and qualify prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches
- Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Salesforce and Gong
- Promote Alchemer through extensive and persistent calls, emails, and communications to prospects
- Provide in-depth information to sales to enable the most qualified and productive demos
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity goals to ensure sales revenue objectives
- Stay up-to-date with new messaging, products/services, and pricing/payment plans
Requirements
- 6+ months work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Regie AI
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Benefits
Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $65,000, annual commission potential of up to $20,000, and eligibility to participate in our Employee Participation Unit program.
