Responsibilities

• Lead management and Scheduling – responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for Service Professionals
• Inbound and Outbound Sales – Booking appointments both via inbound and outbound calls using Company proven methods
• Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – Communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations
• Create Life‑Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows every customer; follow the Mr. Handyman Way – a repeatable process that makes it easy to impress the customer every time

Requirements

• Live within the area
• Have 2‑5+ years of experience in an office setting
• Have at least 2 years experience in sales
• Past experience dispatching technicians and managing the daily schedule
• Construction terminology
• Solving problems must come easily to you
• Professional communication and phone skills

Skills

• Highly organized and detail oriented while multi‑tasking
• Excellent customer communication and independent work skills
• Deliver results
• Self‑starter with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Computer experience with Office and Excel

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20 to $22 and is dependent on your experience.
