In State Licensed - Lash Technician Trainer – Lead Esthetician / Lead Cosmetologist

About the role

Are you a lash extensions and brow services expert who wants to take your role/experience to the next level by leading/training lash stylists of an AMAZING team, while still providing services to your base clientele?

Responsibilities

• Lead and train lash stylists of an AMAZING team
• Provide lash and brow services to your base clientele
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive ALS aftercare products
• Understand and promote ALS membership options and service upgrades
• Create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and educating them on services and processes
• Problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members, guests, and management
• Maintain state requirements with health and sanitation processes, and suite cleanliness and organization

Requirements

• Licensed or certified to perform lash and brow services in your state and/or municipality (typically an active and current esthetician or cosmetologist license)
• Experience with customer service in the beauty industry
• Experience conducting eyelash and brow service corrections / adjustments to ensure guests satisfaction and loyalty
• Experience in increasing quality of service execution of peers
• Proven track record for gaining repeat business and in upgrading services to guests
• Experience with facilitating mentorship, or informal on-the-job lash and brow service training
• Experience being a leader in handling with finesse, a high traffic, high stress, environment where attention can often and abruptly be pulled in multiple directions
• Proven track record of organizational skills regarding service notes from client appointment history
• Proven track record of problem solving in a timely manner
• Proven track record of maintaining state requirements with health and sanitation processes, and suite cleanliness and organization
