In State Licensed Lash Technician - Esthetician / Cosmetologist

Responsibilities

• Create lasting beauty and confidence for our clients in a safe and inviting environment.
• Educate guests on proper lash care and recommend exclusive ALS aftercare products.
• Promote ALS membership options and service upgrades.
• Create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and educating them about services and processes.
• Learn and apply new lash and eye area techniques.
• Show a positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor.
• Maintain organization skills regarding service notes from client appointments.
• Maintain state requirements with health and sanitation processes, and keep the suite clean and organized.
• Solve problems promptly and communicate professionally and effectively with team members, guests, and management.
• Show strong work ethic, responsibility, punctuality, dependability, and self-motivation.

Requirements

• Must be certified as an esthetician/cosmetologist.
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and enjoy creative opportunities as a lash artist.
