In State License - Lash Technician - Esthetician / Cosmetologist

We're seeking Full Time and Part Time certified estheticians/cosmetologists to join our award-winning and top-performing lash studio. Your talent is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive ALS aftercare products
• Understand and promote ALS membership options and service upgrades
• Create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and educating them on services and processes
• Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
• Maintain state requirements with health and sanitation processes, and suite cleanliness and organization
• Show strong work ethic, responsibility, punctuality, dependability, and self-motivation
• Problem-solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members, guests, and management
• Show strong verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills regarding service notes from client appointment history
• Able to maintain state requirements with health and sanitation processes, and suite cleanliness and organization
• Positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
• Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Benefits

• Pay ranging between $30.00 - $50.00/service hour, including tips
• Additional commissions on retail sales
