In State License - Lash Technician Trainer – Lead Esthetician / Lead Cosmetologist

Lash Tech Experience Required

License/Certification: Licensed or certified to perform lash and brow services in your state and/or municipality (typically an active and current esthetician or cosmetologist license).

Responsibilities

• Conduct eyelash and brow service corrections / adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Increase quality of service execution of peers.
• Gain repeat business and upgrade services to guests.
• Facilitate mentorship and informal on-the-job lash and brow service training.
• Handle a high traffic, high stress environment with attention pulled in multiple directions.
• Lead organizational culture embodying a culture of learning, development, and potential for growth.
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive ALS aftercare products.
• Promote ALS membership options and service upgrades.
• Create a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and educating them on services and processes.
• Problem solve in a timely manner and communicate professionally and effectively with team members, guests, and management.
• Communicate willingness to learn new lash and eye area techniques.
• Show a positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor.
• Maintain state requirements with health and sanitation processes, and suite cleanliness and organization.
