How You Will Enjoy Your Day

  • To facilitate food and beverage service to each guest in an expedient, professional and courteous manner.
  • Aid in the coordination of new ideas in guest service, and in service training.
  • Aid in the supervision of In-Room Dining servers in accordance with department and resort policies.

Work Performed

  • Arrive at scheduled start time in appropriate uniform and ready for work with a clean, neat and pressed uniform.
  • Collect and set up any necessary equipment to perform job (complete side-work).
  • Take food and beverage orders in complete and timely fashion.
  • Serve guest and internal employees in established standards.
  • Keep workstation clean.
  • Read all memos.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and co-workers.
  • Operate Info-Genesis in a proficient manner.
  • Control inventory and advise F&B Management of In Room Dining needs of day-day grocery items and small-ware, utensils, and equipment.
  • Afford amenities are delivered properly and that the delivery system is defect-free.
  • Assist in the training of established service levels to ensure a consistent guest experience at a high quality level.
  • Act as an ambassador of Enchantment by speaking positively of the Resort at all times.
  • Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting co-workers and other departments as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of F&B supervision or In-Room Dining experience.
  • Must work well with or without direct supervision.
  • Must be neat and well groomed at all times.
  • Needs to be flexible, self-motivated, positive and have a professional attitude towards guests, co-workers and management.
  • Must also be able to perform all related duties as assigned and must maintain current food handler’s certification.

Physical Requirements

  • Lifting & Carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • 40% Standing.
  • 20% Walking.
  • 20% Bending/Lifting.
  • 20% Sitting.
  • Hearing and Manual Dexterity.
  • Distance vision 1-3 feet.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
