• To facilitate food and beverage service to each guest in an expedient, professional and courteous manner.
• To assist in the coordination of new ideas in guest service, and in service training.
• To assist in the supervision of In-Room Dining servers in accordance with department and resort policies.

Minimum Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in F&B supervision or In-Room Dining.
• Ability to work well with or without direct supervision.
• To be neat and well groomed at all times.
• To be flexible, self-motivated, positive, and maintain a professional attitude towards guests, co-workers, and management.
• To be able to perform all related duties as assigned and maintain a current food handler's certification.

• Lifting & carrying up to 50 pounds.
• 40% standing.

• Hearing and manual dexterity.
• Distance vision within 1-3 feet.
