Lead In-Room Dining Server

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the In-Room Dining department
• Schedule and supervise staff to ensure efficient service
• Train new employees on department procedures and service standards
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Address any guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Implement strategies to maximize department efficiency and profitability
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback
• Aid in developing new menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds with frequent lifting and or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds; requires walking and or standing to a significant degree
• Ability to walk, stand, sit for extended periods of time
