Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the In-Room Dining department
- Schedule and supervise staff to ensure efficient service
- Train new employees on department procedures and service standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Address any guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement strategies to maximize department efficiency and profitability
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback
- Aid in developing new menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds with frequent lifting and or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds; requires walking and or standing to a significant degree
- Ability to walk, stand, sit for extended periods of time
