In-Room Dining Server/Cashier |On-Call

Key Responsibilities

• Take and upsell guest requests for Room Service with a warm and engaging approach.
• Present guest food and beverage preferences promptly and at the perfect temperature.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by clearing guest floors and landings.
• Aid in other areas as needed, showcasing your flexibility and team spirit.
• Engage in friendly conversations with guests, enhancing their overall experience.
• Handle general in-room dining preparation, remove serving trays, and ensure a tidy space.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all guest requests are met with precision and care.
• Team Player: Work collaboratively with other departments to provide seamless service.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certifications: TABC and Texas Food Handler certifications are required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have physical stamina to walk long distances and lift moderate amounts of weight.
