About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is seeking an In Room Dining Server who embodies a passion for excellence and enthusiasm in their interactions. This role involves shaping the guest experience by providing exceptional service and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-room dining service by accurately delivering orders, verifying guest requests, accommodating dietary restrictions and allergies, and ensuring food quality, presentation, and temperature standards are maintained.
• Provide knowledgeable and personalized guest service by explaining menu offerings, anticipating guest needs, responding to inquiries, and creating a warm and professional in-room dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of in-room dining equipment, service areas, guest corridors, and workspaces, including setup, breakdown, sanitation, and restocking of supplies.
• Accurately process guest checks, room charges, signatures, and billing adjustments in accordance with established procedures and accounting standards.
• Coordinate tray and dishware retrieval, promptly removing used service items from guest rooms and hallways to maintain a seamless guest experience.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
• The hospitality business operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
• Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Preferred, but not required: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
