About the role
Provide prompt, efficient and friendly Food and Beverage service to guests of the Lodge, who are dining in their rooms.
Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with Room Service standards.
- Know the location of all rooms and function areas in the main lodge and courtyard.
- Be aware of daily specials and attend lunch and dinner pre-service.
- Have full working knowledge of foods, sauces, beverages, their preparation and presentation.
- Know proper tray set-up according to Stein Eriksen Lodge policy.
- Work together with other Room Service personnel to keep the Room Service area clean.
Requirements
- A high level of responsibility and organizational skills.
- Able to move and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
Skills

- Organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
