In Room Dining Server

About the role

Provide prompt, efficient and friendly Food and Beverage service to guests of the Lodge, who are dining in their rooms.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with Room Service standards.
• Know the location of all rooms and function areas in the main lodge and courtyard.
• Be aware of daily specials and attend lunch and dinner pre-service.
• Have full working knowledge of foods, sauces, beverages, their preparation and presentation.
• Know proper tray set-up according to Stein Eriksen Lodge policy.
• Work together with other Room Service personnel to keep the Room Service area clean.

Requirements

• A high level of responsibility and organizational skills.
• Able to move and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
