About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex SQL databases and enterprise data workflows in the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases and T-SQL code
• Design and implement high-performance stored procedures, queries, and indexing strategies
• Build, deploy, and troubleshoot SSIS/ETL packages for data integration
• Tune database performance and ensure data governance standards
• Integrate data from APIs, flat files, cloud storage, and HDFS
• Work with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, CCDA)
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP web services and APIs using C# (.NET Standard/Core)
• Collaborate with teams using message bus technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of SQL Server development experience
• 5+ years of SSIS/ETL development
• Expert-level T-SQL, query performance tuning, and indexing
• Strong experience with data integration and enterprise workflows
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Standard/Core, REST APIs, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, CCDA) is a plus
• Must be able to work onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA from day one
• Valid documents and ID proof required for submission
