Sr. .NET Developer with Oracle DB (In-Person Interview)

About the role

This is an urgent requirement for a Senior .NET Developer with Oracle DB position at our client's NY State - Office of Child & Family Services. The role involves converting existing Power Builder modules to a modern solution in ASP.NET MVC, working with Business Analysts, performing unit testing, and writing complex stored procedures in Oracle using PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Work in coordination with a team of developers to convert existing PB modules to a modern solution in ASP.NET MVC.
• Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs.
• Write complex stored procedures and triggers in an Oracle database utilizing PL/SQL.
• Extract business logic and business rules from Oracle packages and stored procedures.
• Utilize SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Utilize JQuery for complex coding tasks.

Requirements

• Experience developing and implementing applications and programs for backend processing systems.
• 84 months experience developing N-Tier .NET web applications.
• 84 months experience with developing packages, stored procedures, and triggers in Oracle.
• 60 months experience utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services.
• 36 months experience utilizing JQuery.
• Bachelor's Degree.
