Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads, engaging with business owners who have expressed interest in our services.
- Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet to drive client engagement.
- Leverage your expertise to recommend and present the most suitable accounting and tax solutions.
- Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services, using a consultative approach to address their concerns and build trust.
- Collaborate with our Client Success and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth transition and long-term client satisfaction.
- Accurately and efficiently manage all client interactions and information within our CRM system.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience in a phone-based, high volume sales environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and articulate complex information clearly and professionally.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
- Collaborative and receptive to coaching, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Demonstrated confidence in presenting solutions and making decisive recommendations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: Base Salary: A competitive base salary, commensurate with experience. Commission: Uncapped commission structure with a clear and transparent plan, providing significant upside potential for top performers. Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE): The average OTE for this role is between $60,000 and $200,000, with top performers exceeding this range.
