IN-IDOH IT Senior Business Analyst

About the role

Pinnacle Method Consulting is seeking an IT Senior Business Analyst Resource to join our team. This role works with the Project Manager on large-scale enterprise technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
• Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Create workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
• Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
• Liaison between various business departments and groups.
• Communicate findings, and recommendations, to project manager for updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Assist with project management as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of business analyst experience or related role.
• 5+ years of knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• 5+ years of strong experience leading, facilitating, and motivating teams for medium to large scale IT projects.
• 5+ years of strong understanding and experience working with stakeholders in achieving their goals.
• 5+ years of strong background in facilitating/leading requirement gathering sessions.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in the creation of User Stories.
• 5+ years of strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• 5+ years of strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• 5+ years of demonstrated understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment.
• 5+ years of advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
• 5+ years of ability to develop productive working relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate with people across the organization.
• 5+ years of ability to manage projects to successful conclusion.
• High degree of independence, intuition, and initiative.
• 5+ years of ability to maintain composure and control when things do not proceed as planned.
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of functional and basic technical components.
• Strong understanding of healthcare enterprise systems (highly desired).
