At Tracksuit, we’re building an incredible product that our customers love and use every day. We’re looking for a bold, full‑stack content creator to join Tracksuit Studio and help us build the biggest, most engaged marketing and brand audience in the world.
Responsibilities
- Take Tracksuit’s weekly brand data insights (the Inside Track) and turn them into culturally relevant, funny, insightful video content, moving from idea to live quickly.
- Play a lead creative role on major global campaign activity throughout the year.
- Repurpose longer‑form content (blog posts, videos, interviews) into concise, social‑first formats designed for maximum shareability.
- Spot cultural and social trends before they peak (or after) and leverage them authentically for the brand.
- Entertain first, educate second, and help grow Tracksuit’s US audience, leading the charge on becoming a media company that also sells software.
Key Characteristics
- A portfolio of end‑to‑end engaging video storytelling (not just edited from someone else’s brief).
- Demonstrated autonomy: identifies opportunities and ships without much oversight.
- Natural instinct for internet culture and trends, with ability to leverage them authentically.
- Strong editorial judgement, turning complex data or technical topics into simple, compelling social content.
- Think in memes, speak like a real person, and avoid buzzwords and industry jargon.
- Background in media, journalism, building an audience online, or related fields such as comedy, UGC, consumer brands; B2B experience not required.
Pay
$110,000 – $125,000 a year, with comprehensive full‑cycle compensation reviews and rolling promotions.
Benefits
- Competitive market‑rate remuneration reviewed twice annually, with a transparent compensation policy.
- Employee Share Option Program (ESOP) giving every team member a share in Tracksuit’s success.
- Progressive health and wellness benefits, including an annual wellness bonus, premium EAP platform, 401(k), and six weeks of paid annual leave.
- Generous parental benefits: 12 weeks paid parental leave for either caregiver, additional sick leave for IVF, and gradual return‑to‑work options.
- $1,000 personal learning & development budget per employee, plus mentorships, speaking engagements, and travel opportunities.
- Flexible working with beautiful offices in New York, London, Sydney, and Auckland; office‑first but day‑to‑day flexibility for remote work.
- Company‑issued Tracksuit apparel and a pet‑friendly environment.
