This is a closing-focused role designed for professionals who already understand pest management sales and want to work with qualified opportunities instead of door-to-door canvassing or cold-calling. Position Summary This role focuses on inside sales and lead conversion. You will work directly with customers who have already expressed interest in pest control services through marketing campaigns, referrals, or inbound inquiries. Primary Responsibilities Include Managing inbound and company-provided pest control sales leadsConducting phone, virtual, and in-person consultationsPresenting customized residential and commercial pest management programsBuilding long-term customer relationships and maintaining follow-up pipelinesAccurately documenting activity within company systemsSupporting a high-service, professional sales experience aligned with our brand standards This is not a door-to-door role. Your focus is consultation, solution-building, and closing. Required Experience 5+ years of pest control sales experience requiredDemonstrated success selling residential or commercial pest management programsStrong consultative sales skills and closing abilityExcellent communication and customer service skillsOrganized, dependable, and self-motivatedValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to pass a criminal background check Licensing is preferred but not required for qualified candidates willing to obtain certification.
